Martin Falck is a Stockholm-based visual researcher and graphic designer working with print design, video and music. Martin always tries to challenge the perception of so-called middle-class values by erasing the distinction between low and high culture. And with the use of strong colors and a bold aesthetic creates a concept, design or visual identity that shakes things up and forces you to notice it. Educated at Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, he co-founded the critical design studio STUDIO SM with Sara Kaaman.
In 2013, he co-founded the conceptual fashion brand AM- Mainz with Alice Shulman. His work has been exhibited at Bloomberg Space in London, the Istanbul Biennale, Art in General, MoMa, the Berkeley Art Museum and the Tate Modern, among others. He has also worked with musiscians The Knife, Planningtorock, Trust, among others. His work is also included in the permanent collection at Moma Library.
